The current 2026 MEGA catalog says the show is open to poultry exhibitors of the world and does not require Canadian Valley Poultry Club membership.

WHAT CLASSES?
Current MEGA rules provide classes for APA/ABA recognized Standard breeds and varieties, including Large Fowl and Bantam chickens, Guineas, Turkeys and Waterfowl. Individual events can differ, so use the current show catalog as the final list.
AGE / SEX TERMS
Cock and Hen mean birds one year old or older. Cockerel and Pullet mean birds less than one year old. Enter the bird in the correct age and sex class.
DESCRIBE THE BIRD
Entry information should identify Large Fowl or Bantam, breed, variety and — where applicable — comb type, beard status or other distinguishing information. Mark double-coop birds clearly.

THE OLD EMAIL-AND-SCREENSHOT WORKFLOW IS RETIRED.
Use Poultry Showcase Core's current online entry forms. The entry is stored in the show office database, the exhibitor and show office receive confirmation, and payment is handled through the current PayPal flow.

- Open or Junior division is correct.
- Breed, variety, sex and age are correct for every bird.
- Double coops are marked where needed.
- You have read the current event deadline and fees.
- You have your health/testing paperwork ready.
SHOW DAY
WHAT TO EXPECT.
Exact times and special-event rules belong to the current catalog, but this is the normal flow visitors should expect.
Health clearance
Present required NPIP/test paperwork or complete authorized on-site testing if offered. Sick birds can be removed from the showroom.
Check in
Confirm your entry and coop information before moving birds into the show area.
Care for your birds
Current MEGA rules make exhibitors responsible for feeding and watering their own birds.
Judging & activities
Judging, Junior Showmanship, raffles and special activities follow the schedule for that event.
Awards
Stay through the award period unless show management announces otherwise. Historical catalogs repeatedly ask exhibitors not to coop out during awards.
Coop out
Follow that event's release announcement. Show-day announcements supersede printed schedules when circumstances change.
